With eighteen years of catering experience across some of the Northeast’s most demanding catering markets, Charlie has worked in New York City, specializing in high-volume catering, as well as catering operations throughout Boston, New Jersey, Newport RI, and Philadelphia. This diverse background has allowed him to develop expertise in everything from intimate private events to large-scale corporate functions, weddings, special occasions, and luxury events.
